ADNM Connection Problem

Due to issues created by the installation of SQL Express and the limit on the growth of the database we have had to create a new SQL database and have restored an up to date backup of the SQL Express db to the new database.

However, since the move/creation/reconfiguration of the new database, we are unable to access the ADNM console. Attempts at login fail with error message " Unable to login as Administrator, connection error.

Logs as follows checked: C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Management Tools\DATA\log

Logs checked immediately after ams server reboot &

Checks done with the AMS Tool show database is compatible and db connection test reports no errors using the sa user credentials.

Problem was due to the customer restoring a corrupt datebase to the new installation. Customer found a backup prior to the maximisation and restored with not issue.
