Where can I submit new virus to?

I have an executable virus sample that is not yet detected by Avast!. It is also able to bypass Avast! self defense and run loose in the system infecting all executables in system32 folder and in all drives.

I like Avast! It scans in a blink of an eye. So I'd like to submit this virus. Where can I submit new virus samples to?

Can you perhaps give us some details as to the behavior of the virus sample, to the extent that it became observable.
That is, if it did make its presence noticeable prior to detection.
