Hello all,
I'm having this small issue since last September, and based on "behaviour" observation on startup, I more or less suspect avast! Free but I'm definitely not sure.
9 times out of 10, my Wifi connection displays the message "non-existent or partially limited" and it looks like it's waiting for some avast's process to launch/activate properly.
After a minute or two, the connection sometimes reinitialize by itself and connect automatically to the hub, but I generally have to disconnect/reconnect manually to get a full connection. After that, no more problem.
It is a "small issue", but sure is slightly annoying.
Any advice?

1. avast! GUI -> Settings -> Troubleshooting -> Enable: "Load avast! services only after other system services"
2. Click OK.
3. Reboot.

Thanks for your reply Asyn.
I'm afraid that doesn't work. If avast! is responsible, if anything, I think it should start before any other services.
Does anyone know the exact process' name for the Wifi connection service by any chance? Never been able to find it... :-[
