I receive no notification of the new version

I have already chosen "Ask when an update is available" under "PROGRAM", but so far I receive no notification of the new version 2014.9.0.2018. Why?

What version are you using now? if it's a beta version then you wont be notified of a stable release so it's easiest to just download 2018 from here on the forum and install over the top.

I'm using the same setting as you are but it does not notify me when a new version is available.

Maybe you need to look at the picture you posted as it is quite plainly in view that your update is available ::)

New version updates a spread over several weeks to even out the server load.  But, you do have the option to manually force an update

Maybe you got the popup but never seen it, either way it's advertised in your UI of the new version.

I must see it if it pops up, but it never. I will never know the new version if I don't go to see the settings.

I was unsure of exact time it took for the system to generate the pop-up notification. :)

I am interested to know whether it will pop up at long last, however long I will have to wait.
