hi unfortunately it seems that i can not help you. your logs gave me no output, and on our devices it works fine. also the installer part is part of the Android system and not of our app. It seems you Android OS has been corrupted somehow in some point in time which causes strange issues. Only suggestion i have left is to backup the important data of your phone, and do a hard-reset. Maybe then it works...

Two different devices and anti left not work....

Do you have the install files for the old anti left version (1.x) because the link to the APK file(s)?

no the deployment system has already been updated to 2.0 and will not deliver 1.0 anymore.

one idea that i have left: please check for device administrators. is something left there?

i have found the problem  8)

I have read in a german forum the same problem:
http://www.android-hilfe.de/sony-xperia-p-forum/253910-anti-theft-von-avast-auf-dem-sxp-nicht-installierbar-2.html

The problem here was the "Screen Adjuster" app.
My problem was "Juice Defender" app.
After de-installation i can install Anti Theft without any problems.
After there i can install "Juice Defender"

Many thanks for the Juice Defender heads up!  One only needs to temporarily disable it to allow anti-theft installation.  No need to uninstall.  That way, all settings saved.

Avast should make this advice a "sticky."

confirmed, to install the upgrade you must close apps that are in conflict with the installation. i do not use juice defender, so i went into running apps, closed all apps that could cause trouble and the installation than went ok. this message should really be kept up in the forum.

+1 for temporarily disabling JuiceDefender.  I was then able to install the update and re-enable JD.
Thanks for the good thread, all.

The most recent anti-theft version I wound up having to install through an update.zip on my Nexus 7 since android 4.2 changed the file system around, Avast wasn't able to write directly to the system. But yet on my old Samsung Vibrant it installed without problems...
