residual infections of search.certified-toolbar.com Browser Hijacker

After cleaning the toolbar, I still have it as the default URL for Chrome, and it hijacks the opening page in Word and Outlook 2007.  I did a search on it in the Registry and deleted it from everything, but it keeps reloading.

launch it, (For vista / 7 / 8 = > right click "as administrator(director) ")

Click scan , and when it's finished ,  deletion and post C:\Adwcleaner[Sx].txt
