 avast , is  is good  don,t get me wrong . but this is  my point .some of us are not no cp wiz. and sometime .  we need help  on ph why don,t avast have a ph number  to call . for help  like  mcAFee. and if they do were is it  thx

However, being a Czech company, the cost may be quite a bit...also I think you need a code to phone there from America

You may find that the forums a) are a 24hr a day deal as someone is likely to be on-line from your time-zone that can help and b) it doesn't cost you to ring an international number that is in the European time-zone. Not to mention the response is usually very quick.
