I get the following message one after another, non-stop. Avast scan shows nothing but these messages continue on and on. How do I remove the cause of these message? I tried rebooting and no help. They start back up again and go on and on.

No futuher action is required.
Object: Outgoing email 'documents and passport ...' and others
Infection: Win32:Filename-A [Susp]
Action: Deleted
Process: C:\Window/SysWOW64\shchost.exe
The threat was detected and blocked while sneding or receiving an email.
