What errors?

if avast is reporting scan errors on files...there is nothing avast can/will do
avast is a antivirus program, and the only files it will take action on are infected files..

files that avast report scan errors on are just that, it does not mean they are infected
avast is just telling you it could not scan them and the reason why

Hello,
you enabled PUP detections (potentially unwanted programs). So this are not errors but detections.

Thank you for replay but I don't know how to post  full path  Computers are to complicated for me if someone like to connect to my PC you are welcome and appreciated if you fix it.
I think we can use remote assistance to do that
