Title: Cannot access a website

HI I am having an issue with the lasted version of avast free for windows 7.  When I went into Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 7 I went to outlook.com and put my email address and password in then I pushed on the continue button and then I got a blank white page no content or error messages at all.  So then I went and download the uninstall utility and uninstalled avast the lasted version from Windows 7 and downloaded avast free 9.0.2008 and have installed it on Windows 7 for now. This computer had avast free 9.0.2008 on it to start with so I went through the update function to update avast free to the lasted version on this computer.

The other issue is this I also have a Windows Vista desktop computer and I did use the avast uninstall utility and uninstalled avast 9.0.2010 from this computer just because I wanted to do a clean install and did not want to have any problems or issues at all.  After the lasted version of avast free was downloaded and installed I thought things were good but when I went into Internet Explorer 9 and went to outlook.com and put my email address and password in then I pushed the continue button and again I got a white blank page no error messages at all.

When I logged into outlook.com this time on my windows vista desktop after I had put my email address and password and pushed the continue button an error message came up on the blank page here is the error message below:

Update: I uninstalled avast free 2014.9.0.2011 from my computer with the avast uninstall utility and I did a clean reinstall with avast free the lasted version for my Windows Vista computer.  After avast free was installed I went back to outlook.com and typed in my email address and password and pushed the continue button and the same white blank screen with the same error message as described above in my first post.

HI I was wondering if someone could tell me if this issue is getting fixed so that a person could use the lasted version of avast on their computer and maybe access outlook.com.  My step dad uses windows 7 and he can not use the lasted version of avast free because it will not log in to outlook with out getting a blank white screen.

Im having the same issue on windows 8.1.When I have aos enabled I cant access outlook.com(whit blank screen).When I disabled or uninstall aos  I can access it with no problem.using avast premier  2014.9.0.2011

HI I was wondering if someone could tell me if the issue is possibly ever going to be fixed in the near future.  I am still getting the following error when I only use Ie 9 on Windows Vista.  On Windows 7 ie 11 when I go to outlook.com and put my email address and password I still get the following error on the blank white page this is the same error on both ie browsers on both computers here is the error message below:

What I would like to now is their a fix possibly going to be available to fix this issue in the near future. 

I should mention that I installed avast free 2014.9.0.2008 back on the windows 7 computer so the people that use this computer can access outlook.com with out the blank white page.

On the windows Vista desktop I have the lasted avast free edition on this computer and when I use google chrome and access outlook.com their is no white blank page or error messages at all.

I hope this issue gets fixed sooner thne later.

HI I was wondering if someone could please give me an up date on if their will be a solution anytime for this issue with Internet Explorer 9.  I should say that I did disable the avast security plug-in from Internet Explorer 0 for a week or two and I have been able to access outlook.com without any problems or errors but when I enable the avast security add on in internet Exporer 9 and login to outlook.com I continue to get the blank white page and the above error message still.

If you have already raised a support ticket for your problem, just send Avast support an email asking for an expected resolution date.

If you haven't raised a support ticked for your problem, then the issue may not even be in the system.

This is a user to user forum. We can try to help each other with work arounds, or to confirm that a problem is not confined to an individuals system, but beyond that, if the program needs changing, the issue first needs to be made official. After that it becomes a matter of what priority it is allocated.
