Cannot update

I have today loaded Ver 4.1 rom a disk attached to Computer Buyer and the Update is shown as Dec 2003.
Each time I try and update I get an error message Server 3 or Server 2 or even Server cz is down.
What am I doing wrong please?

Maybe there is some problems to access the servers today...
Did you try again later?

i think first of all...check your connection settings....

open avast...go to the menu....settings....update(basic)...details...proxy...

i just tried to update....it works perfectly fine...

Thanks for all the suggestions.
I did try again later (having uninstalled Zone Alarm) and everything updated correctly.
Guess it could have been the Servers down or ZoneAlarm!
