What ports does avast require for VPS updates and Streaming Updates?

Your redirect settings are the same as mine.  Just above Redirect Setings is Restore factory defaults.  You could save your custom settings and reset Avast.

As CharyB said, you could troubleshoot and eliminate the router as a problem by taking it out of the network.  Connect directly to the modem.  If VPS updates work, then you will know that it is the router.  If it is the router, save it's configuration to a file and reset it to factory defaults.  See if it works then.

How do I save the router's configuration to file?

That depends on the router.  In some brands and models, all configuration is done thru the router's built-in web interface consisting of several pages.  One of those pages, presented as a tab, has a button to save the present configuration to a file and another button to import a saved configuration file.  You should be able to find the information for your specific router brand/model by visiting the manufacturing web site and doing a search.  There may even be a firmware update for your router.

Solved it. :D

It was the Network settings of Windows Firewall.

Changed from Public => to => Private and now I receive Streaming Updates.
