1. WebRep is installed and enabled in both of my browsers, IE 9 and FF 13.0.1 but presently not indicating any votes (grey symbol). Server problem?
2. But even when it was green there was no "SiteCorrect".

1. Yes, I think so.
2. Well, it works here, even with WR servers down. Just tested it.

Edit: Typo.

Also, why is avast! always displaying 3 Auto Sandbox analysis popups for the exactly same file?

- Downloaded a file that triggered Low Reputation warning.
- Selected Complete download anyway...
- When it starts, it spawns 3 popups on the right bottom side of the screen and they all contained exactly the same info. Same reason and same sandboxed file. Why? Isn't 1 enough?

I was testing in Win7 64bit using IE.

Please, could you post a link to file?
thx

AutoSandbox is still disappointing! One thing has been fixed and that is the problem I reported with 64bit executables. Now they run properly in the sandbox, I can't see the second instance, just like with previous versions. The error is still there if you want to close the AutoSandbox popup.

The yellow AutoSandbox indicator is still only visible for the AutoSandbox test tool, just like with previous versions. After analysis the process stops and there's no way to run the program sandboxed. The Continue Executable button just adds the file to the exclusions list so that's a trap for novice users, because they can still infect with malware. AutoSandbox popup still has the gray avast! border missing the one we have in the update and other popups.

So basically not much has been fixed, Chrome Script shield still doesn't work that was already reported. Judging from the build number not much has been changed.

It doesn't really matter, it has to be a rare file that triggers low reputation warning. Then you have to pick Complete download to download the file anyway. And it will spawn 3 popups. You have to use IE and click Run button on the download dialog. I got the same behavior for every sample so chasing those that i tested doesn't really make much sense. Besides, i doubt they are still online.

I've been warning about this but no one was apparently taking me seriously. Plus the auto sandbox analysis (as always) don't ever find anything even if your stuffing actual malware in it.

ps: and yes I got the RC installed (in Win8), no issue apparently, but the auto-sandbox is disabled purposely here (as in older versions)
