Renewing WHS licence

I bought a 3 yr WHS Family Pack 3 years ago which expires tomorrow.
Despite numerous attempts to contact sales who have not replied I have had to buy 10 avast pro licences and 1 3yr WHS licence at full price. The new version of WHS that I have downloaded is 4.8.257 which is the same as the one installed on the server. The new licence file has a .avastlic file extension and not a .dot extension which the server requires. The new file is smaller than the original. Does anyone know how to deal with this?
I have raised a support ticket but I am not hopeful.

My WHS server is a Tranquil SQA-5H-3000 which I bought 3 years ago. I thought I would ask Tranquil which anti-virus software they recommend for WHS as I am fed up with a lack of response from Avast. I got the following response from them.
Unfortunately we have stopped selling WHS V1 around 2 years ago and we are not up to date with what is now the best software for it. We have always felt that a WHS does not need an antivirus but the client computers do.
Does a WHS server require antivirus software?

Avast for WHS is being discontinued along with other v4.8 products at the end of the year. WHS is based on Windows Server and can be infected, you can minimize the risk by keeping it up-to-date with the latest patches
