What is this orange bar around my internet browser?

Ever since I bought the paid version of Avast I have had this orange box around my Chrome browser and it won't allow me to download anything or allow any extensions. What is this thing called and how do I get rid of it?

You have set chrome to run in a sandbox

Open Avast and check that there is no tick in the chrome section here

I don't have that option. Is there a reason I don't. This is what my Avast options look like.

That picture shows you have Avast Free

Oh man. I feel like an idiot. Thanks for pointing that out to me. For some reason I thought if I purchased it online it would link my account and know that I had purchased it. I didn't realize you had to add the license key. I got it to work now. Thank you!

No, as there's no option to sandbox the browser in the free version.
