No valid certificate is entered

HUDstar:
Cannot log into ADNM: Error 0x7FFF3004
AMS Maintenance Tool reports "No valid certificate is entered." and the Generate New button changes nothing after generating a new self-signed cert.
Does anyone have an idea how to resolve this? Everything has been working fine for the past year.
SBS 2008
avast! Management Server, version 4.8.
20 count license is valid until November, 2012.
