AIS / Windows 7 / 64: costumized installation not possible

I'm trying to install the AIS 7 trial on Windows 7 / 64, using Customized/User Defined Installation, but I'm not able to change the Component or Language settings. I've tried to run as Administrator (which I am already I believe, but anyway) but that doesn't help. Any idea what to do here?

Just in case: did you change install option to "Custom"?

Hm, no, I must admit I didn't notice that option. I chose "Custom Installation" at the beginning and didn't expect you had to do it again. But apparently you do.
