Beta AntiTheft as root

I'm not finding a way to install the apk as a root installation.
While installing, I can only use the disguised method, the root installation is not available while installing.
What am I doing wrong?

Samsung Galaxy Nexus CM 9 RC2 Rooted.

the best way is to install public version as a root and then install the beta APk with -r flag. You have all rooted options. Another way is by activity manager, if you want to know, feel free to drop me an e-mail :-)
