Notification icon & text not aligned properly

Drag the notification panel down and look at the icon and the text of avast! Mobile Security. And compare it with for example 3G Watchdog and DrWeb Light.
avast!'s icon and text is all cluttered together where others have them nicely aligned. Please fix this as it looks really ugly and drives me nuts every time i open the notification panel (which happens very often).

I'm using Samsung Galaxy S2 with ICS 4.0.3 (official)

Did you try new beta? There is possibility to modify the icon.

Not the icon in the status bar (that one is fine), the icon and text alignment when you drag the menu down. The big icon and text next to it. That one is misaligned.

I have SGSII with new Jelly bean ROM and it is alligned - could you please post a picture? Btw. the graphic look will not be the main think I am afraid...

I know what you are talking about, but it will be a little tricky to get it fixed on all devices, because some vendors (like HTC) decided, that they will use different margins in the default notifications :/ However it should be possible to fix it on the pure Google ROMs.

Well, mine isn't pure Google ROM. It's running Samsung's TouchWiz. But then again, DrWeb Light looks ok on all versions of interfaces. avast! doesn't...

That's because they're using the default notification layout. Unfortunately we can't use it, because we have some custom values displayed in the notification. We'll try our best to make it look better on the most devices though.

Thanks for fixing it up for final release. The icon could be slightly bigger but then again, i won't complain. It's trying to be aligned like others and it looks well on my SGS2. DrWeb is now off and avast! is again back on my phone

Did you change your antivirus because of the icon?

Yes i did. I open notification panel a lot and avast! was making it horribly ugly and hard to view and use because it was all cluttered together because of it. Now it's fine again.
