Sends SMS everytime I restart HTC One X using Go Launcher

I've installed the mobile app on my HTC One X and when restart phone and use Go Launcher it always sends an sms reporting a new sim, even though no new sim installed.

Also my sim has no number locked to it and so when the sms is sent the phone number is always black

Is there a way of preventing it from constantly sending sms from my phone everytime i restart it

have disabled the anti-theft feature and messaging has stopped - shame as will now need to look at another app to provide the protection

Are you referring to Go SMS instead of Go Launcher?
Go SMS, due to a priority conflict, cannot be used side by side with avast! AntiTheft.
We've tried to talk to its developers... but they listen...
Go Launcher, instead, is compatible.

I have a galaxy s3 and the same thing happens.  Every time the phone is switched on a message is sent to each friend phone.  I do not use Go sms oe Go Launcher  or any other app like that
How can I get it to only notify when the sim actually CHANGES.

I use Go Launcher but not Go SMS

I use the standard messaging app on the HTC One X

If I don't set Go Launcher as the default Launcher then I don't have a problem, but if I do then the minute Go Launcher is started I get an SMS sent to my wife's phone, every time I reboot the phone.

If I use HTC Sense as the Launcher then I don't get the SMS every time I reboot the phone.

Also as my micro-sim is a replacement it does not have my number stored on it, so when you go to about and check it the information the number is reported as unknown, so it's a bit pointless sending a message saying new sim = null, new number = null as how is anyone going to trace that...

update: not sure but may have fixed this, but need some further testing - had to remove the anti-theft and then reinstall it while using Go Launcher as default launcher, so far after a few reboots it's not sent any messages saying it's a different sim card

So obviously this seems to be a problem of GO Launcher, which somehow confuses the system. We can not change that.
