Cannot see all folders in Settings/File system page

Why the folder C:\users\username\AppData is printed in grey and I cannot see the "Local"-folder that is a subfolder under AppData? This causes that I cannot backup anything that is located in the "Local" folder or in subfolders within the "Local"-folder. The "LocalLow" and "Roaming"-subfolders I can select and backup but not the "Local".
