1. OE - Tools Accounts, Select each email account in turn and Click Properties - Advanced Tab.
If they are the same as mine and you were experiencing OE timeouts, you may need to increase the OE time out.
2. avast! - Click on the avast icon and select the Internet Mail provider - Customize... button, Advanced Tab.
This will be slightly different, it was captured from a previous version and I am likely to be using a different skin - however, the required Tab is the same.
