I have been trying since upgrading to Avast 8 Internet Security on Thursday to fix this and can not find how to do this.
At one point they did work, then stopped.
I have tried to do a repair several times, in both safe mode and normal mode. I did use the removal tool and did a clean install, both in safe mode and normal mode and still nothing corrects this.
I have Thunderbird 17.0.3, Win 7, MBAM pro, Superantispyware pro.
Use Hotmail, yahoo mail, gmail. Never had a problem with Avast 7 Internet Security.
Have tried several different setting configurations and none have worked.
What is the possible correct way to to make the Mail Shield and Antispam work properly ?
