notepad.exe really infected?

Today Avast detected notepad.exe (from win/sys/dllcache folders) as Malware-gen,it this really infected or is  false?

Thanks,indeed not Ms notepad,we replaced it with Notepad++ and using that for few years
I hope also avast will fix that
