Malware causing random links and popups
« on: September 24, 2013, 12:16:01 AM »
I have run scans and googled explanations until I have a headache.  I primarily use Chrome browser and I randomly get underlined words that cause popups.
I have started running the scans you've requested for info.  Here is the one from Adwcleaner.

AdwCleaner attached.

You can use the Attachments and other options link to 'attach' your log files - this saves having to split & copy and paste, not to mention it is easier for the person analysing the contents of the logs.

That will be a big help thanks!  I have to run to work though, so I'll attach after.

No problem, when you have attached the various logs, we can try to get a malware removal specialist to look them over.
