avast! IS 2014 blocks internet traffic

This happens to me always and I am starting to hate avast for this

WHY IS IT DOING IT! IT KEEPS doing this every time i want to connect! I stay like 10 minutes on the internet then my internet blocks! WHY? I turned off the shields and the internet works again.
HELP!

Something got interesting. Disabled firewall and enabled all the other shields.. and then my internet works! THE FIREWALL is the problem! I'll stick with Windows Firewall and delete the avast firewall so i can finally browse good.
