AVAST v/s antimalwarebytes

Hello, 
I try to kill  "PUP.OPTIONAL"  with the soft called  "antimalwarebytes"    It is not easy.
My question is  "How do you explain that AVAST  does not show those malwaere ?

A "PUP" is not a virus or malware. It is a potentially unwanted program/item.

Malwarebytes reports it but at present fails to remove it correctly.

avast PUP scan is default off in all scan exept boot scan....

when you scanned / detected with Malwarebytes, was it marked for removal ? ...did you click the remove selected button after scan ?

And can be turned on as shown in the attached screen shot
