Hi and welcome,
This entry came up as bad
      R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = \blank.htm           Nasty
but the rest seemed to be okay according to the online analysis. available here   http://hijackthis.de/

How do you know you have a rootkit? Did it come up in a scan?
you can confirm this with http://www.f-secure.com/blacklight/  this will not only detect but give the option to remove if it finds one
good luck

Try searching the board for rdriv.sys and you'll find a lot of help and info  ;)

In fact you'll find the answer here:

http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=16788.msg142660#msg142660

C'mon avast! Pull your finger out! These 'Pseudo' rootkits (what are they called, user mode rootokits?) can be tackled, as this link proves.

avast! needs to remove these things, along with process injecting Trojans: they are causing so many problems and so many 'can't remove' or 'keeps coming back' postings. Boot time scan just ain't cuttin' it no more.

Hello denver,

If it is 180solutions on your comp, you can find a removal tool here:
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/adware.180search.html and read here for manual removal:
http://www.scanspyware.net/info/180Solutions.htm
adware.180search installs are found by Avast as win32:trojan-gen.

:) Noahdfear is an antiSPYWARE Expert and you have a
serious spyware problem; rootkits should be removed by
using the advise of such experts. Noah advises primarily
     on the www.geekstogo.com site .

Have you run the rdrivRem tool?

http://www.atribune.org/downloads/rdrivrem.zip

Quote
+ Scanningsresultat:
   C:\WINNT\system32\rdriv.sys -> Trojan.Rootkit.k : Renset med backup

'Renset med backup' I don't understand, but it looks like Ewido has detected the rootkit and possibly said it has removed the rootkit. Is Ewido still detecting the rootkit?

You will need to run the rdrivRem tool followed by Ewido. Pleas confirm if you have done this according to Noahdfear's instructions in the posting above. This should remove the rootkit.
