Problem after Upgrade

Why after I upgrade ADNM console and all client, I have all client black in the console except one?

When was ask me to chenge the port of console i aswer No.

Any help?

Hi again, and sorry for the delay. 

I have a question: is 192.168.10.2 the right address of the management server?

If so, is still seems that the PORT value has been somehow damaged (that's the "0" behind the colon).

Could you please send me the file <avast>\data\avast4.ini from that machine?

Please try one thing:

on one of such machines, go to the reg key

HKLM\Software\ALWIL Software\Avast\4.0\SS

and DELETE the value ClientsListenPortAddress.


Then  restart the service "avast! NetAgent", and see if the same entry is logged (if there's a similar entry logged, note the address - is it still 192.168.10.2:0? The zero confuses me).

This morning i delete the key from the registry, and the  'have restart the pc.

But the entry is the same.. 192.168.10.2:0 and i view the pc black in the console!

The problem is that in Avast4.ini on the client there's:

ServerAddress=localhost

If i attempt to change in

ServerAddress=192.168.10.2 (my Management Console server)

when i restart the avast service, avast4.ini change in ServerAddress=localhost

Try to stop all avast! services, then change address in the ini file and remove ClientsListenPortAddress, LastServerAddress and ServerAddress  from registry.
Then start all avast! services.
