Hi hoping someone can help

A friend of mine has this problem and its a pain

win32:ZLOB-BN
win32:HOAXALARM-V

Windows Xp sp2

Avast finds these about every 30 minutes.
I have ran avast several times and ran it at system startup
Also ran adaware and spybot and diabled system restore and restarted.

But they are still there
