avast Home 4 licence ?

it is legal use avast 4 Home in Public Library /they dont charge any fee for using their computer network/

I'm afraid Home really means "home", not public library or any other, even non-profit, organization.
There are discounts (of avast! Professional licenses) for healthcare, educational and non-profit organizations though.
