coupon code?

It's been several days and I have not received a coupon code either by web form submission or email to sales.  Can someone assist with this issue?  Thanks in advance!

I assume you are talking about a renewal discount for avast Pro ?

If so I would contact sales (at) avast.com directly rather than wait.

Here's what I'm trying to purchase... Now tell me how to buy it please!  If you tell me to purchase on 'share*it' something is wrong as the basket window reads full price and there's no way to change it without a coupon code.  Thanks in advance.

I'm just an avast user like yourself which is why I suggested contacting sales directly.

That is very unusual, are you using the same email address you are for the forum's email notifications. The reason I ask there have been a number of people who can't receive email from avast.com, it is blocked for some unknown reason by some anti-spam filters. The forum emails originate from a different domain, asw.cz I think and if you get that but no response from avast.com it could be blocking.

You could try using a different email address and see if that gets through, but it may be outside normal offices hours in Prague. You could try to report the fault at shareit as well.
