BV:KillFiles
« on: September 23, 2007, 01:16:21 AM »
I'm a member of another forum, and earlier today I clicked on a link that set off trojan-alarms. It seems the thread contains a post that quotes a delete-code that Avast blocks but is definitely a false-positive. The flagged-thread is here http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=183436 and the discussion about it is here http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=186153 This just started happening after the 000775-4 or 000775-5 update.

A "bump" is just a post that will bump a thread to the top so it won't get buried.  ;D

Well I have given it a little nudge also.

I have checked with DrWeb link checker and no detections and I have sent an FP email to virus (at) avast.com.
