I am sorry for being a knob on this, but why do I need to register to view test results?
I must admit that I have never visited that site before. It seems like a perfectly
decent site, but as I said, I am unclear as to why I would need to register.

There is a lot of other information on the site (VGrep is one I use a lot to fine virus aliases, etc.) and they have chosen have people register for access to all content not just the results. Why is the 64,000 dollar question as that would be a showcase for the rest of the site.

I'm surprised... there were too many false positives around and even this avast got it.
