Hi,

The terminology you used goes beyond my computer level. But if it helps I have used Avast for 2 years now on Vista home premium and Home Basic with no major issues. I have none of the errors you describe in my Event viewer. I check it often and I have never seen this type of error. Personally i would uninstall and do a clean install.
For uninstall read: http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=36921.0

If you wish to avoid the un-install, it would help if you mention your system version and any other security software you have on it. Other users will be able to assist you better that way.

Cheers
Computer Systems:

Intel Pentium 4 641 / 2GB RAM / Vista Home Basic SP2 / avast! 5.0 Home / SAS Free / MBAM Free / Windows Defender / Windows Firewall / Spyware Blaster/ Secunia PSI / Firefox 3.6 / Opera 10.5

Core2Duo T8300 / 4GB RAM / Vista Home Premium SP2 (32 bit version) / Same Software.

Well, the link to create a support ticket works OK from here.

It would be useful to know what AV you were using before Avast (if any) and did you install it on an admin account?
(I'm guessing from your post that this is quite a recent or even new installation?)
Any other security software installed?
Windows 10,Windows Firewall,Firefox w/Adblock.

I do not see those errors on my Vista home Premium system but the previous things to check sound good.

I like Event Log Explorer™

Event Log Explorer helps you to quickly browse, find and report on problems, security warnings and all other events that are generated within Windows. Thanks to Event Log Explorer, monitoring and analysis of events recorded in Security, System, Application and other logs of Microsoft Windows NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista operating systems gets much faster and really effective.

It will work for 30 days and if the FREE personal license is requested then it will continue to work:

Doesn't work here ... just shows blank page.

Thats why I'm looking at this forum.

If i deactivated interaction with desktop in services manager, will Avast work 100% ?
No. You shouldn't and haven't to do that.
Anyway, does not mess verbose of the logs and real problems. Maybe everything is fine in your computer...

What browser do you use, and what (if any) security asides from Avast?
I guess, since you wanted to raise a support ticket, you have some kind of other problem apart from being unable to view the support ticket page?
Let us in on it.
