5.avast web forum:maybe every vendor has one but in avast forums you can talk with the people who develop the antivirus.
6.globalization a lot of users don't know about English can download an avast! with their local language.if i create a language avast will be available in it(am kidding)

8.behavior blocker(simple but will be more effective in the avast!5)but it still able to block a lot of viruses come with your flash driver and don't known yet for avast(it tell you the file try to put it self in windows directory and you know what to do)

- I like how it blocks malicious web sites (saved me a few times - and no, not from pr0n sites). It's nice seeing that avast icon spin while the web page loads. tells me avast is scanning its contents.

for me webshield and network sheild are my favorite part of avast.

- Light (Really light when playing game or surfing...)
- Great Update (Some times i see so much virus that was found in a VPS.)
- Voice Talk (Really a nice idea from ALWIL Software.)
- Scan Speed (Really fast scan.)
- False Positive (Really improved.)
- Script and Exploit (Really really great detection in that case.)
- Detection Rate (Really great even without Heuristic !!! This is really amazing.)
