I have just purchased and deployed a new licence .dat file following teh instructions that came in teh email to deplay via teh WHS Avast screen.

The clients correctly now show the new date but teh WHS still shows an old date.

How do I get the WHS date to be updated?

I have exactly the same problem, I keep loading the file, initially the license screen shows the correct date but at some point goes back to the old date, I have reloaded/rebooted/etc, but WHS still shows the old and wrong date. Logged a ticket with support but no reply yet and it's been nearly 24 hours !!!!! Sad

How do I log a ticket with support - I just keep getting redirected to these forums!

I never got and answer but found a solution myself.  If you use remote desktop to open the WHS, then start Avast console on there then manually reload the licence file (from the Help Registration menu) it updates the date on the WHS licence in the normal WHS connector screens.

Bizarrely it still shows an expiry a few weeks before the clients but at least both are in 2011 now!
