LOL...

off topic: never saw that before, the "internal testing" (ie mods only) of CIS 4 goes on an on...publicly, ie users are allowed to read and post in the thread that relates it, but not to test...yet. The public beta is still supposed to come out this month, with a release of the final version in.....February. With a bit of luck, users will have the opportunity to test the beta during two weeks  ::) ... may be.

From the Comodo forum...

"Thanks for this Product, i installed it & scanned my system, it told me i got more than 1000 threats, then i downloaded "comodo live pc support" as stated by product, then a comodo tech support person (Bradley) came & observed my system, told me ways to clean my system.
It was nice interactive tech session thanks to bradley & comodo team for such a nice software."

Lol, I'm sure that program is working perfectly.

Also, is Comodo still engaged in illegitimate business practices or are their products okay to use?

whatever their business practices are, the important thing is to select what's good there and leave the rest. ATM it's only the firewall and the HIPS, the rest is crap or useless...hum, CTM is interesting too may be, but I don't trust it, technically. Let's now see what CIS 4 can bring...
