i got the  win32/NuqelE it keep tell me i need to but  a antivirus sofe  i got avast pro  that i pay for . so what do i need to dop help .

Check your computer for Malware with

Malwarebytes Antimalware http://filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
after install click UPDATE and run quick scan, click on REMOVE SELECTED to quarantine anything found

SUPERAntiSpyware http://filehippo.com/download_superantispyware/
Are cookies really spyware and are they dangerous?

If anything is found come back and post the scan logs here

A boot time scan can clear some variants of this

i did a boot time scan , it wont me to but this antivirus  this is the name of the com This website is solely owned and operated by Antivirus Soft, Inc.

like i sad  . it wont let me run Antimalware// Malwarebytes. and it wont let me go to my add and remove programs , try and try could not get it off so i got dell support to get it off .
