Fresh install Avast6: all ok.
After some time webrep report for all site " This site has no rating" for all sites;
i have nade a repair but not work... (Windows 7 32bit, IE8).
Help please...

It's not on your end (it's a server side issue, to be fixed soon).
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving's not for you.

Does WebRep block ratings to bad sites, or is it just a voting mechanism based on user and virus lab inputs.

No, it doesn't block access to any sites.
