"I am guessing" this would all depend on what Registry Cleaner you are using? Maybe I missed it somewhere, did you mention anywhere what Reg Cleaner you're using, and how long have you been using it for??
Guessing again...Some Reg cleaners give you the results that are basic errors...than the other errors that are added are there for if "advanced users" want to do extra error fixing..Which doesn't mean that all are bad...
Just thought I'd add this in case you were using a new reg cleaner...
Cheers!!! and safe surfing!!!!
Thanks. I trashed it and don't remember but that is not my main point. The blue screens were indicating that I had a problem with something.
I googled the issues that I mentioned in the first post and what I read indicated that it was either a hardware problem, registry issue or virus.
The first thing I did was check the registry and I found the problems I have noted. After a suggestion here that it was probably hardware, I ran windows diagnostic and there were no errors found.
Mysteriously after that, the computer was back to normal speed. We'll see what happens from here on out.
Thanks for all the replies.
