Help uninstalling the app - i9100

I installed the application and I want to remove it.
when I try to uninstall it give me a message that it can't uninstall.
I can enter the application (with the code) but I can't find the uninstall option.

Thanks Asyn,
I installed the application as normal user via market. the phone  is not rooted.
When I enter the app (after entering the code) when I go to advanced i have this:
system enable - not checked
Advancd Setting:   under root Option
Lock USB - checked - can't uncheck
Force data connection - checked - can't uncheck

app sayes i have 7 days trial

Asyn Thanks !!!!!!
I Installed  Avast Mobile security and It told me I have to remove the Theft Aware.
Then it gave me the screen to uncheck the name I choose.
When done I uninstalled the Mobile security and then I could uninstall the Theft Aware.
