EasyPass (EP) taskbar icon displays as a black box

Good afternoon everyone,

     I've noticed the EasyPass taskbar icon is displayed as a black box.  This happened once before and I was able to get the icon back after restarting the computer a couple of times.

Now, however, the icon is still black after rebooting the computer 5 times in a row.  The icon is set to "Always Show" in the Start Menu & Taskbar section (Control Panel). 

EDIT:  After trying the remedial measures shown in the FAQ section, I went and uninstalled the program, then re-installed it.  The problem has now been resolved.
