Compatible problem with BT Tool Transmission

When I'm using BT downloader (named Transmission) downloading things, every time at the finishing part of one project, Avast hangs the program with almost 100% CPU Usage.

When I'm moving big files like an installing package of one big software like Office from one drive to another, the problem happens also.
