After the first scan of my Home folder I get this result, Scanned files: 53912, items:133996; Found warnings: 32972. No infection. What are those warnings and why so many? Thank you for your help.

Warnings can be may things, like a decompression bomb (archive file with very high compression ratio), or just that the scanner does not have access to the file. In the scan results in the bottom right is a drop down box to allow you to see what the warnings were.
