allow more than 1 SIM card to be recognized

I just bought my first droid and I'm learning.  I installed the Avast MS and configured anti-theft.  I would like to lock the phone on SIM card change but I use one SIM card in Panama and another in the USA.  I'll probably forget to turn off anti-theft before changing the SIM card and would prefer a way for Avast to know there are two acceptable SIMS.  Is that possible?
