Hi all,

I hope you are all well, please could ANYONE help and advise me on how to solve this problem thank you in advance..

I have a Friend who's computer has two problems that were detected during a boot time scan, system details are as follows:

Operating system is: Windows XP Home Edition, Service Pack 3.

avast is just reporting a scan error and the reason why....it does not mean the file is infected
avast could not scan the archive and the reason why..
