An unknown account i found, i found out it might be about hotspot shield which i have.
Please get the easiest way for me,please.

If you installed HotSpot Shield under Admin Account and then you/someone else used guest/non admin Account So FBWuser was created to keep the openvpntray.exe running for bridging purpose by so no matter which account you are using VPN will continue to work.
The process created by fbwuser is known as openvpntray.exe belongs to software Hotspot Shield by AnchorFree (anchorfree.com) You could uninstall Hotspot Shield from your computer using the Control Panel applet "Add/Remove programs". Info provided by Zubair Khan
