Release build # shouldn't be part of the detection.

you mean avast?

check here
controll panel > ad/remove programs
do you see more then one java listed?.....maybe a old one?
if so uninstall the old one and reboot

any change?

Junbin that is an error in the binay by the Java installer. earlier installer came with serial # 7.0.250.16 the real # is 7.0.250.17. You have to uninstall java and download it again and reinstall it.
