Title: HELP NEEDED! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Hi.. i have tried AVG,AVAST. And then Scanned my computer... i know i was infected by win32 parite...  none of them can heal the Files.. and they are important to me which i dont wanna remove... And again HOW I AM GOING TO GET THEM HEALED NOW WITHOUT KILLING THEM ?

Please Help us to Help you In order to help fully we need more information....
- What OS are you using? is it up to date?
- What avast! version and VPS file (virus database) number, e.g. 0436-4 (see about avast!)
- Where was name of the file where the virus was found
  example (C:\windows\system32\infected-filename.xxx)?
- What actions have you taken to try and resolve the problem?
